The Doctor woke to the sound of someone rummaging in his room. Rolling over, he lifted his head and opened an eye. "Oi!" he snapped, noticing the strange younger man in his bedroom. "What are you doing here?!"
"This is my room," he replied. "I'm redecorating it."
"You can't do that!" the Doctor exclaimed, sitting up in his bed. His powerful Timehair matted and kinked with his tossing and turning during the night. "Why, this is still my room. You can't just come in and change the desktop theme!"
"Why not? I'm the Doctor, this is my room and it's on my Tardis."
"Even so, you're not even supposed to be here," the Doctor said, getting up out of his bed in naught but his banana print boxers. "Shoo! Get out!"
"But... But... Steven Moffat told me I could move in."
"Steven Moffat's a twat. RTD's name is still on the lease for this thing until 2010, which means I still live here. Now get out of my room!"
"Could you at least put some clothes on?"
"No."
"It's making me a little uncomfortable, standing here with me yelling at myself in my boxers..."
"Shoulda been here last night. Jack and Donna were over. Jack brought over some bananas, Donna some rubber bands and then Martha showed up with a UNIT beanie-"
"Okay okay! I'm going!" the younger man exclaimed, hurrying from the room.
The Doctor laughed, climbing back into bed and back under the covers. "If he can't take that sort of pairing, the boy has no hope lasting more than a series," he said to himself as he pulled the almighty Timeblanket up to his chin and settled back to sleep, a banana sticking out from the foot of the bed... and a red UNIT beanie hanging from the bedpost.
